Online rotor dynamic balancing analysis

On-site rotor dynamic balancing correction for rotating machinery and equipment, providing single-plane, double-plane, cantilever double-plane, 3 -plane, 4 -plane, and 3- counterweight balancing methods. Additional functions: 1X deceleration test, double-plane to three-plane conversion (static + couple imbalance), unequal radius calculation, component calculation, borehole depth calculation, vibration history data, and dynamic balancing history data.

Vibration meter

It measures total vibration in 1-4 channels, simultaneously displaying displacement, velocity, and acceleration of mechanical vibration, and can record vibration trend graphs based on changes in time or rotational speed. It includes built-in ISO 20816-3 and ISO 17243-1/2/3 standards for measuring vibration in rotating machinery , as well as custom vibration filters.

Data recorder

The system features a 1-4 channel vibration spectrum, total vibration, and custom process parameters inspection data collection and recording function. On the PC , the iSee software is used to plan the inspection path and data collection types, which are then uploaded to the Fieldpaq III data recorder function. Engineers then go to the site to collect vibration data and process parameters of rotating machinery and equipment according to the inspection path. Afterward, the collected data is downloaded to the iSee software for predictive maintenance and trend analysis management.
