Spectrum Analysis

14 vibration and noise measurement and analysis functions: experimental modal testing (Modal), operating modal mode testing (ODS), envelope spectrum analysis (Envelope), waterfall plot (3D Waterfall), intensity plot (Intensity), and variable speed testing for starting, stopping, or accelerating/decelerating, to test and analyze variable loads or vibrations.

Octave frequency analysis

Using parallel time-domain digital filtering technology, it can simultaneously display the 1/1 octave, 1/3 octave, and 1/12 octave frequencies. The audio analysis incorporates IEC 61260 & IEC 61672 standards, as well as ISO 6954, ISO8041, and ISO2631 vibration specifications with special weights, and can also be applied to the measurement of VC curves for floor vibration intensity.

Rank frequency tracking analysis

Accurately measure and analyze the speed order spectrum, order change trend, filtered or unfiltered trajectory (orbit), air gap changes, and center line during the start-up and shutdown processes of a turbine. Typical applications include NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) testing of vehicles and vibration problem analysis of turbine rotors.

Online rotor dynamic balancing analysis

On-site rotor dynamic balancing correction for rotating machinery and equipment, providing single-plane, double-plane, cantilever double-plane, 3-plane, 4-plane, and 3-counterweight balancing methods. Additional functions: 1X deceleration test, double-plane to three-plane conversion (static + couple imbalance), unequal radius calculation, component calculation, borehole depth calculation, vibration history data, and dynamic balancing history data.
