The VT-3510: A Cost-Effective Vibration Monitoring System

08 Oct 2025

G-TECH's VT-3510 is a reliable and cost-effective vibration monitoring system that can work as well as, and in conjunction with, other vibration systems to accurately monitor machine health. In this article, we take a brief look at how this vibration monitoring system works, and we also talk about other vibration monitoring systems distributed and created by G-TECH, such as Accuguard and Wilcoxon's dual output sensors.

G-TECH's VT-3510

The VT-3510 is cost-effective and reliable, and fully capable of being easily incorporated into your predictive maintenance system. It can directly convert the vibration signal from the accelerometer into a 4-20mA current signal and transmit it to the back-end DCS or PLC system to monitor the vibration value of continuous operating equipment such as pumps, motors, windmills, cooling towers, compressors, gearboxes, etc.

This is a simple, effective and cost-effective way to monitor the vibration value of existing equipment. The VT-3510 has a DIN rail backplane for installation in explosion-proof enclosures and a raw voltage output terminal for data collector and spectrometer analysis.

Wilcoxon: Vibration/Temperature Dual Output Sensor

Wilcoxon Research dual-output sensors can measure both vibration and temperature in one installation. There are two types of sensors, upright and lateral, with low frequency, high quality, and explosion-proof design.

We are the exclusive distributor of Wilcoxon Research industrial-grade sensors. We provide dual output product models — low frequency 797LT, explosion-proof 786T-D2/IS, and high-quality 797T-1. Please contact us or visit our website to learn more.

Vibration/Temperature Continuous Monitoring and Protection System - Accuguard

Accuguard can continuously monitor two sets of machine vibrations, temperature and bearing condition signals and displays the alarm conditions on a color panel screen. The alarm status of these monitored values can be linked to four relay outputs to automatically shut down the machine when the monitored value reaches a dangerous level to avoid catastrophic damage. Each Accuguard also has six 4-20mA current output and network connection terminals, through which the monitored values can be transmitted back to the back-end monitoring equipment.
