ST-4800A/AX/B is a high-speed horizontal soft support balancing machine designed and manufactured for the small high-speed air-bearing and ball-bearing spindles of PCB drilling machines and circuit board edge-seeking machines. It can also be used with other small high-speed spindles and milling spindles. 

ST-4800A is suitable for the dynamic balance calibration of the air-bearing spindles (sleeve diameter: 61.92 mm) of PCB drilling machines. ST-4800AX is suitable for the dynamic balance calibration of small high-speed ball bearing spindle assembly (sleeve diameter: 50 mm-100 mm). Lastly, ST-4800B is suitable for the dynamic balance calibration of small rotors or motor spindles.

This balancing machine uses a high-sensitivity vibration sensor to measure rotor unbalance vibration, and a high-speed, high-resolution, and noise-resistant signal acquisition unit to perform unbalance measurements, with a convenient and easy-to-understand operation interface, which makes the calibration of dynamic balance more efficient.

In addition, it is equipped with spectrum analysis functions to analyze the rotational characteristics of the spindle or motor rotor to determine the cause of vibration, such as dynamic balance, magnetic vibration, misalignment of bearing assembly verticality, and so on.
