The vPod Lite, vPod, and vPod II models all have full-featured acceleration, velocity and displacement measurement features. Plus, the vPod and vPod II also have a bearing status measurement function. The vPod II is the most advanced model and has a memory function that can record up to 1000 units of measurement data and can download pre-set inspection routes from Trendex software (optional) and send the measurement data back to the computer, where the appropriate software can be used for basic predictive maintenance applications.

The vPod can quickly switch between the usual unit system or perform average and maximum value calculations. It is equipped with a hard carrying case, a high-precision vibration sensor (accelerometer), winding wire, a strong magnetic base, a probe and protective cover, and other accessories.

vPod Lite

The vPod Lite is the basic model of the vPod series, with acceleration, velocity, and displacement measurement features. The screen is backlit to work in low-light conditions and automatically diagnoses the status of the vibration sensor and signal line on the screen immediately to avoid incorrect measurements.

vPod

The vPod Lite is an intermediate model with a bearing inspection slot, which can quickly determine the health of the bearing, and it has a precision amplification function with a resolution at the micron level, which is suitable for measuring small vibrations from precision machinery. In addition, vPod also has a calculation function, which can display the average and maximum value, as well as screen freeze and other functions.

vPod II

The vPod II is the most advanced model with a memory function, which means it can record up to 1000 measurements and download the pre-set inspection route from the Trendex computer software (optional), and send the measurement data back to the computer for software-enabled basic predictive maintenance applications.
