G-TECH Completes the Installation of Torsional Vibration Monitoring System at the Linkou Thermal Power Plant

G-TECH completed the installation of two sets of torsional vibration monitoring systems at the Linkou Thermal Power Plant in May 2016, and successfully measured the natural frequency of the motor shaft's torsion.
Description: In this case, a strain gauge was glued to the rotating shaft to measure its torsional vibration, and Honeywell's WDC wireless transmitter system was used to transmit the signal to the receiver, which was then converted to the original analog signal. Finally, the spectrum was detected using a signal analyzer. The picture below is a demonstration of the field operation as conducted by G-TECH engineers.
