HJ-4250S-A/B Horizontal Balancing Machine
This balancing machine provides two calibration modes—hard-support low speed and high-speed influence coefficient methods. For the spindle rotor or large spindle, you can first use low-speed balancing for initial calibration, and then use the high-speed mode for dynamic balancing calibration after spindle running is completed to achieve better dynamic balancing calibration accuracy.
The balancing machine is equipped with a high-sensitivity sensor to measure the rotor unbalance force and a high-speed, high-resolution, and noise-resistant signal acquisition unit to calculate the unbalance force, as well as a convenient and easy-to-understand operation interface to make the calibration of dynamic balancing more efficient.
In addition, it is equipped with a spectrum analysis function to analyze the rotational characteristics of the spindle or motor rotor to determine the causes of vibration, such as dynamic balance, magnetic vibration, and the misalignment of bearing assembly verticality.

- Includes support bearing (spindle alignment), V-shaped support base (spindle assembly calibration), flat support base (motor calibration) and other support fixtures
- Integrated control box includes printer, computer, monitor, inverter and other control switches, and an adjustment/maintenance tool storage cabinet.
