Service Limitation Statement for impaqElite and FieldpaqII Dynamic Signal Analyzers

We sincerely thank our customers for their support of Benstone products. Due to the discontinuation of critical operating system components used in our impaqElite and FieldpaqII Dynamic Signal Analyzers by the original manufacturer, and the unavailability of compatible substitute parts in the market, production and sales of these two products were ceased as of February 2024.
The reserved stock of these critical components for repair purposes was also depleted by the end of August 2025. Therefore, beginning September 2025, repair services that require replacement of these components will no longer be available. This statement is hereby issued for your attention and understanding.
