Machine Tool Vibration and Dynamic Accuracy Measurement Technology Seminar (December 11, 2018, Taichung)
The dynamic accuracy of the machine directly affects the accuracy of the finished product, and is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of the machine. Machine users can use the results of dynamic accuracy measurement to arrange machine maintenance and calibration plans. Machine developers can also use the results to understand the dynamic characteristics of machines and make adjustments to improve product competitiveness.
This seminar will introduce various methods of measuring machine dynamic accuracy, such as spindle rotation accuracy and the simultaneous motion error of 5-axis machines. Also, practical experience in vibration measurement and dynamic balance correction as a reference method to improve dynamic error will also be presented.
