The post-pandemic era is approaching, and past maintenance concepts and methods have been deeply affected. In addition to the intelligent production process and quality inspection, intelligent monitoring and equipment diagnosis have become an indispensable part of the solution, especially in terms of the monitoring and management of the health status of machinery and equipment to effectively bring into play the intelligent investment benefits of the production process and quality inspection, and to reduce the impact of equipment abnormalities on production and product quality.
To achieve efficient maintenance on AIoT cloud platform architecture, it is crucial to fully utilize new ICT technologies to collect data related to dynamic input and equipment responses, and combine it with static data that can be recovered and labeled to form complete, correct and valuable correlation data, which is an indispensable foundation for intelligence.
